We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Input Analyst to join our team. The analyst will be responsible for transferring information from screenshots and PDFs into Microsoft Excel, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and confidentiality. Since we work with sensitive financial and tax-related data, professionalism and discretion are essential.

Responsibilities

• Input data accurately from screenshots and PDF documents into Microsoft Excel.
• Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and care.
• Follow established data entry procedures and meet deadlines.
• Work closely with team members to ensure data integrity across projects.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information responsibly.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative work preferred.
• Understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain concepts is a plus.
