Location: Brisbane, Perth

Salary: AUD 108,571-119,893 (Annual Gross)

Short Description:

In the role of Senior Consultant (Generative AI Engineer), you will be expected to design, develop and implement generative AI models and algorithms using state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT, VAEs and GANS. This role will interface with client and elicit technical requirements, design and develop technical components.

Roles and Responsibilities:

For you to be successful in obtaining this role you will need to possess the following:

• Ability to design and develop algorithms for generative models using deep learning techniques.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflow systems.
• Experience of working with a global team in agile environments.
• Good communication skills.

Skills /Competencies:

Essential:

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• AI/ML: Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative models like GANs, VAEs
• AWS Services: Proficiency with AWS tools such as SageMaker, EC2, Lambda, S3, and AI-specific services like Lex,Polly and Rekognition
• Data Engineering: Experience with data pipelines, ETL and handling large datasets on AWS
• MLOps: Familiarity with deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI models on cloud infrastructure
• Programming: Strong skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch and cloud automation tools

Preferred:

• Prior experience of working in mining domain.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Knowledge of Agile software development and project management

Additional Skills:

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
