Company Description

We're a Web3 media marketing agency partnering with top influencers and brands. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes crypto to join us as a Project/Account Manager.


Join our mission to empower Web3 brands by managing client relationships, driving campaigns, and ensuring seamless delivery. This is a client-facing role, so strong communication, problem-solving, and social media knowledge are essential.


Role Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and projects.


  • Manage end-to-end client communications: onboarding calls, reporting, feedback, updates and keep relationships strong.


  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, design, social media, content) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.


  • Monitor and track performance of client accounts, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.


  • Stay on top of crypto/Web3 news, trends, and communities to provide insights for client strategies.


  • Ensure social media content and campaigns align with client goals and brand voice.


  • Handle multiple projects at once with clear timelines and deliverables.



Qualifications

  • Crypto Native: Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, exchanges, tokens, etc.).


  • Social Media Experience: Hands-on experience in social media management, strategy, or growth (Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram).


  • 2–4 years of experience in account/project management, preferably in marketing, digital, or crypto agencies.


  • Excellent communicator who can hold client calls, handle feedback, and present strategies with confidence.


  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies and deliverables.


  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving Web3 environment.


  • Previous experience working with crypto brands/projects.


  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Twitter analytics, Sprout, Hootsuite, Notion, etc.).


  • Experience working in remote, global teams.
