About This Role
We are looking for a candidate with experience in asset management related program management and general project management experience. This role will manage and ensure the on-time delivery of important projects relating to buildings and facilities, medical equipment and other critical equipment replacement and management and other initiatives to support great outcomes for patients and communities. Relevant experience in a local health district environment, ministry of health or health entity setting will be beneficial.
Crown Clerk 11/12, starting salary from $139,787 - $161,663 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What You'll Be Doing
The Project Manager, Asset Management Program, is responsible to ensure successful delivery of various projects and components of the Asset Management Program, with a key focus being the delivery of the Critical Asset Maintenance Program (C.A.M.P), from 2025 to 2030.
C.A.M.P will progress the lifecycle replacement of building and facility assets, as well as medical equipment replacement and other asset types that are used to support the delivery of great patient outcomes.
Also within scope will be projects conceived and delivered within Ministry of Health, as well as those delivered by resources external to Ministry of Health (for example by health entities). The role will be responsible for monitoring and reporting progress on the various projects through key performance indicators like budget spend and progress tracking as well as benefits realisation and reporting. It could also be a requirement to directly deliver a project(s) where this is practicable.
