Aurigin.ai is a Zurich-born startup on a mission to restore trust in digital communication by protecting high stakes organizations from AI-generated voice fraud in real-time. Banks, Government agencies, and enterprises use our deepfake-detection to stop account take-overs, CEO impersonations and fake news before they cause damage.

Why we need you: 

We’re sprinting to stay ahead of fast-evolving GenAI threats. That means our team is heads-down on tech and customers and we need a sharp, hands-on operator to own the business backbone. From go-to-market materials to legal agreements, from coordinating pilots to streamlining internal ops, you’ll be the engine behind everything that powers our growth.

You’ll be key to turning deep tech into business clarity, scaling customer success, and making sure our growing operation runs like clockwork.

What you will do:

• Enable the commercial team: Create pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, pricing sheets, and battle cards that turn deep tech into clear business value for enterprise buyers.
• Drive successful pilots and deployments: Coordinate timelines, manage customer touchpoints, define success metrics, and ensure smooth execution from kickoff to wrap-up.
• Own the business backbone: Handle billing, invoices, vendor onboarding, internal process tracking, and keep operations sharp and organized.
• Coordinate legal and compliance: Work with legal counsel on MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, privacy policies, and other contracts to keep us protected and compliant.
• Build just-enough structure: Set up simple, effective processes across operations, legal, HR, and customer success to help the team move faster and stay aligned without getting bogged down.
• Jump on high-impact projects: From managing the fundraising data room to helping run conference logistics, you’ll own key initiatives that unblock the team and move us forward.
• Support team growth and HR ops: Help manage hiring processes, onboard new team members, and ensure a great employee experience as the team scales.

About you:

• Education and experience: A degree at the intersection of business and technology combined with experience in business operations, consulting, project management, or similar roles.
• Structured and presentation-ready: You can turn rough inputs into clear, appealing presentations, and help keep efforts organized, aligned, and moving forward.
• Project ownership: You’ve led small, technical initiatives end-to-end while keeping timelines tight and stakeholders aligned.
• Clear communicator: You’re comfortable engaging with customers, managing touchpoints, and representing the company in external conversations.
• Startup-ready: You’re comfortable building structure in a 0→1 environment, where “process” still fits on one page.
• Language: Fluent in English and German.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or enterprise banking
• Familiarity with selling or supporting deep tech / AI products
• Exposure to privacy or compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Prior involvement in startup fundraising or investor relations
