Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Program Manager to lead and optimize our affiliate marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a proven record of delivering results in developing and scaling successful affiliate programs. This position is crucial for helping our company expand rapidly and ensure alignment between our brand and affiliate partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, focusing on partnerships that align with our brand values and target audience.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support and communication.
Analyze affiliate performance data and key metrics to optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of affiliate initiatives.
Conduct regular training for affiliates to enhance their performance and understanding of our services.
Stay updated on industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Create and manage budgets for affiliate programs.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or program management with a proven record of delivering results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tracking tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with affiliate marketing software like Impact or ShareASale.
Previous experience managing affiliate programs for SaaS or digital services.
Strong ability to problem-solve and streamline processes.
