This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. What You Will Be Doing
- Utilizing analysis tools and RAG vector stores to identify, diagnose, and resolve product defects and bugs efficiently.
- Employing AI development agents to craft, develop, and launch cutting-edge features for cloud-native applications.
- Collaborating with an international team to deliver top-tier, enterprise-level solutions.
- Performing monotonous infrastructure tasks—we minimize these to let your creativity shine in developing innovative solutions.
- Attending endless meetings—we prioritize coding and development over excessive discussions.
- Develop AI-driven features to enhance workflows and equip service providers with advanced tools.
- Over 4 years of professional experience in commercial software development, particularly in production code for server-side web applications.
- Experience with GenAI code assistants (such as Github Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev); candidates without LLM experience in traditional ML engineering are not preferred.
- Open to incorporating GenAI into daily development tasks.
