Product Designer (Contract Retainer — 15–25 h/mo, Remote — LATAM: AR/UY/CO/MX/BR)
Open to Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil.
We’re FullSession — session replay, heatmaps, funnels, error insights. Mission: polish funnels/LPs and support CRO so more trials convert and activate.
You’ll do (ongoing)
- Incremental funnel/LP polish (copy/layout/sections) in Figma.
- Translate CRO ideas into clean, testable UI; handoff dev-ready specs.
- Ship small activation UI touches (checklists, hints, empty states).
- Iterate on winning variants; keep brand quality tight.
Success (first 30–45 days)
- Homepage/pricing CVR +10–20% from baseline.
- Trial friction removed; time-to-first replay + heatmap <24h supported.
Type & Pay
- Contract retainer: ~10–25 h/mo ongoing.
- $500/mo retainer (performance incentives possible).
- If a bigger refresh is needed later, we’ll scope a separate fixed-price sprint.
