Meet the team
Global Recruiting Operations is part of P&C Services and operates globally with a regional structure. The team is responsible for Services such as: Interview Scheduling, Requisition Creation, Background Verification, Global and Executive Onboarding as well as candidate contact lines. One of our key focus areas is to deliver simple and efficient processes, to be able to provide the value our customers expect. As an HR Associate you will work in a hybrid, dynamic and global environment and collaborate closely with other functional P&C teams and stakeholders as this is essential to ensure a smooth end to end hiring process.
What You’ll Do
- Working with our interview scheduling tool
- Provide support during the interview scheduling process
- Offer consultations on tool functionalities to key internal stakeholders
- Promotion of the tool during internal Enablement Presentations
- Dealing with enquiries related to the interview and recruiting processes
- Handling of phone calls and enquiries received via our Global SAP Recruiting Hotline
- Daily use of SAP Recruitment tools (SuccessFactors, etc)
- Participate in/Lead additional activities and projects within the team
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and support process enhancement and simplification
- Experience/knowledge/interest in the area of recruiting
- Upper-intermediate written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Strong organizational skills
- Accuracy / attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with internal and external stakeholders
- Team player able to work in a multicultural environment
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a virtual environment set-up (Hybrid office attendance model)
