Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to document and manage requirements for product development in a dynamic agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze requirements for product developments and improvements
• Document BA artifacts clearly and comprehensively
• Translate requirements concisely for the development team
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Perform functional and acceptance testing to validate solutions
• Maintain fluid and effective communication with team members
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in prioritizing product backlog items based on business value
• Support continuous improvement of business analysis processes

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Functional Analyst in the banking or Financial Sector
• Knowledge of investment products, especially mutual funds, is desirable
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail in documentation and testing
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented work approach
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
