We are seeking a Business Analyst to document and manage requirements for product development in a dynamic agile environment.

Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze requirements for product developments and improvements
- Document BA artifacts clearly and comprehensively
- Translate requirements concisely for the development team
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Perform functional and acceptance testing to validate solutions
- Maintain fluid and effective communication with team members
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in prioritizing product backlog items based on business value
- Support continuous improvement of business analysis processes
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Functional Analyst in the banking or Financial Sector
- Knowledge of investment products, especially mutual funds, is desirable
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail in documentation and testing
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented work approach
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
