This role provides an opportunity to lead and coordinate end-to-end implementations of advanced medical informatics solutions across multiple sites. You will oversee the full project lifecycle—from quotation through customer acceptance—ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and service departments, to resolve challenges and optimize processes. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, emphasizing customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Your leadership will directly influence successful deployments and long-term customer relationships across the region.
Accountabilities
- Manage all aspects of project implementation, including planning, scheduling, scope management, and resource coordination
- Create, maintain, and update project documentation such as implementation plans, status reports, issues logs, and acceptance documents
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members to achieve objectives and maintain high standards
- Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements at customer sites
- Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee order accuracy, site readiness, and timely product delivery
- Identify, document, and resolve installation and operational issues, escalating as necessary
- Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project completion
- Travel as needed (up to 25%) to support project execution and client engagement
- University degree or college diploma (AS/BS/BA) or equivalent experience
- PMI PMP Certification eligible or obtained is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing medical informatics or related IT projects (RIS, PACS, VNA, CVIS experience required)
- Proven ability to manage multiple software implementations simultaneously
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and relevant local languages
- Proficient in project management tools and software packages
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel for project requirements
- Competitive salary range: $107,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
