We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team.
In this position, you will utilize your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to ensure seamless operations of IT systems. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues, implementing scalable solutions, and advancing automation efforts to support organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with teams across departments to understand IT needs and align solutions with business processes
- Diagnose and resolve network, software, and hardware issues to limit disruptions and maintain productivity
- Address complex technical challenges to ensure system reliability and consistent uptime
- Implement IT solutions designed to improve operational workflows and enhance organizational efficiency
- Work with stakeholders to design and deploy scalable IT infrastructure that supports future growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- At least three years of experience in System Engineering or a similar role, with hands-on expertise managing Google Workspace in enterprise environments
- Deep knowledge of Google Workspace security configurations, including Context-Aware Access (CAA), SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Experience managing Google Workspace Advanced Device Management for platforms such as ChromeOS, Android, and iOS
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace APIs and Google Apps Manager (GAM) for scripting, automation, and integrations
- Familiarity with device management across Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS using tools like Kandji and Intune
- Experience with identity management tools such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace for user authentication and access control
- Ability to manage Google Meet hardware and deploy unified communication systems
- Expertise in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell for automation and system integration
- Strong communication skills that allow for clear explanation of technical concepts to diverse audiences
Nice to have
- Knowledge of tools and strategies for implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Experience working with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta
- Advanced automation scripting capabilities to extend and optimize IT functionality
