Job Opportunity: Data Scientist (Medior) – Digitaal Vlaanderen
- Location: Brussels, Belgium
- Duration: 6 months
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3/5 remote)
- Language Requirement: Dutch (C2, CEFR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement ML/AI models for large datasets
- Run analytical experiments to generate insights
- Ensure transparency, ethics & reproducibility in AI solutions
- Document methodologies & processes
- Mentor junior team members & encourage knowledge sharing
- Contribute to AI & Analytics strategy for digital transformation
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong database optimization & query tuning skills (SQL, Oracle)
- Experience analyzing data streams, reporting & dashboards
- Hands-on scripting (Shell, Perl, Python)
- Proven experience in data modeling & preparation
