Job Description
Main responsibilities
- Expert supervision: you supervise the architectural, functional and legislative analyses carried out by the firm to ensure their relevance and accuracy.
- Quality control: you monitor the quality and completeness of the firm's deliverables and take the necessary actions to correct any shortcomings.
- Regulatory input: you bring your in-depth knowledge of regulations (decrees, handbooks) to guide the analysis of business rules and identify avenues for simplification.
- Strategic advice: you contribute to the establishment of a multi-year roadmap for the deployment of the new platform and you ensure that the technical constraints are clearly identified.
Skills and qualities required to assume the role of BA
- Good knowledge of applications related to teacher payroll management (IBM EGL, Cobol, Java).
- Good knowledge of regulations (decrees, vademecum, etc.).
- At the HR process level: overall knowledge of the HR solutions market, affinity with legislative aspects related to payroll and career management, in-depth knowledge of how a social secretariat operates, field experience of HR processes and more specifically payroll.
- In terms of project management: proven experience in supervising the deployment/development of HR-oriented software solutions, in-depth knowledge of risk management, proven experience in project planning, proven experience in budget estimation.
- Knowledge of the world of education in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
- Experience in the Belgian public sector.
- Mandatory mastery of professional French.
- Mandatory mastery of Microsoft Office suite tools.
