As a Senior Platform/Systems Engineer, you’ll help build our vision of a Seamless Society by driving modernization through containerization and cloud-ready environments.
Responsibilities
- Package legacy systems into Docker for local developer environments and future cloud migration.
- Ensure reproducible, developer-friendly environments to accelerate modernization.
- Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to remove blockers.
- Support integration of legacy binaries into containerized workloads.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation for smoother deployments.
Core expertise
- 7+ years in Linux system engineering and DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, container networking, and debugging.
- Experience running Linux workloads on Windows (WSL2, kernel integration).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and developer enablement.
- Experience wrapping legacy binaries for container execution.
- Basic SQL knowledge; Oracle experience a plus.
- Knowledge of C considered an advantage.
- Ability to work directly with customer architects and stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
- Problem-solver who thrives on untangling 20+ years of legacy complexity.
- Hands-on across code, infra, and DB boundaries.
- Telco industry experience, especially promotional engines.
