Balancing program design with hands-on delivery, you’ll drive initiatives that embed DEI, strengthen our talent pipeline, and provide an exceptional experience for students, graduates, and business stakeholders alike.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Bolt’s early career programs, including internships and graduate pathways.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and academic organisations.
- Manage end-to-end program operations: recruitment, onboarding, rotations, learning, mentorship, and evaluations.
- Partner with People, TA, and business leaders to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience.
- Organise learning sessions, networking opportunities, and mentorship for early career cohorts.
- Track outcomes, analyse data, and provide insights to continuously improve programs and embed DEI principles.
- Experienced in program management, talent acquisition, or early career/graduate program delivery.
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong external partnerships (e.g. universities, student organisations).
- Able to design and deliver structured initiatives with clear success measures.
- Passionate about supporting early career growth and embedding DEI principles.
- Comfortable balancing strategic design with hands-on delivery and operations.
- Strong communicator, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and representing Bolt externally.
- Organised, proactive, and data-driven in how you evaluate and evolve programs.
