We are looking for a Java Software Engineer to join our cross-functional team focused on providing AI driven interactive support solutions to our customers. The role assumes involvement in all aspects of the product delivery process from concept to delivery and further production support.

About This Role
We are looking for a Java Software Engineer to join our cross-functional team focused on providing AI driven interactive support solutions to our customers. The role assumes involvement in all aspects of the product delivery process from concept to delivery and further production support.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Active collaboration with the team and stakeholders for continuous contribution to the deliverables
- Develop and maintain secure, well-tested and scalable solutions
- Pair programming, code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Proven experience of software engineering in Java and Spring ecosystems, Microservices architecture
- Hands on experience of Kafka event streaming framework, in-memory and relational databases such as Redis and MySql
- Experience of continuous delivery in cloud infrastructure - Docker, K8s, AWS
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, design patterns and best coding practices, practical ability to deliver them to our fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated knowledge or strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and emerging agentic AI systems.
- Ability to sketch and implement achievable solutions to achieve roadmap goals
- Agile approach to delivery with Scrum & Kanban
- Experience in .NET as well as front-end technologies is a big plus
