Job Description
In our warm and welcoming company, you will be assigned with these following tasks:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process of high qualified talents, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Draft and review of employment contracts, agreements and other HR legal documents to ensure that they comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advice and support management and employees on all employment law issues including the harmonization of employment contracts and working conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Administer payroll and time recording for employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
- Organization, coordination and performance of employee performance reviews.
- Further optimization of HR monthly reports, and analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure data privacy and security in accordance with regulations.
- Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and drive improvements.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
- Organize company events and team-building activities.
- Experience in an HR role in Germany (at least 1 year).
- Basic knowledge of German labor laws and regulations.
- Preference will be given to candidate with HR controlling, payroll accounting, German social security, tax labor law, and/or international recruiting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in German (at least B2 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and willingness to take up responsibilities.
