- Coaching von Teams, Product Ownern und Führungskräften
- Gestaltung und Durchführung von Trainings und Workshops
- Begleitung von Change- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Entwicklung von Strategien zur Einführung und Skalierung agiler Methoden
- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Agile Coach oder SAFe Program Consultant (m/w/d)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAFe, Scrum und Kanban, Zertifizierung zwingend erforderlich
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Change Management
- Ausgeprägte Moderations- und Coaching-Kompetenz auf allen Ebenen
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke
- Englischkenntnis auf Projektsprachniveau, Deutschkenntnis wünschenswert
