WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Retail Tech Project Manager, you play a key role in bringing global tech solutions to life in your local market. You lead the roll-out of new retail-related tech capabilities across Germany, ensuring smooth implementation, cross-functional alignment, and business readiness. Your focus is on managing projects that connect our retail operations with the latest digital tools – always with a clear goal: to enhance the customer experience and support teams in their day-to-day work.
You will:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end implementation of tech solutions across the organization
- Manage cross-functional project teams and align with stakeholders in Expansion, Store Operations, Business Tech, and Sales
- Secure efficient planning, resource allocation, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Localize global solutions and ensure they meet market-specific requirements
- Identify risks and dependencies, remove blockers, and support smooth business transitions
- Drive continuous improvement by following up on project outcomes and identifying learnings
You’ll join our Retail Tech & Operations team within the Expansion function in Germany, working in close collaboration with stakeholders across Expansion, Sales, Business Tech and Store Operations. You report to the Regional Retail Tech & Operations Manager and act as a key link between global product teams and local retail execution. Together with colleagues across functions, you bring tech to life in our stores.
Who You Are

- Extensive experience in project management, ideally in a retail or tech-related environment
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional IT implementation projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate tech language into business understanding
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product teams
- Excellent communication skills in English & German
- Strong relationship builders, who thrive cross-functional environments
- Proactive and solution-oriented, able to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- Clear communicators, capable of influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders

This is a full time position, starting as soon as possible.
The role is a hybrid role, based in Berlin or Hamburg with the expectation of working from one of our offices for three days per week.
