Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Excellence: Own the end-to-end product and visual design of AI & Data products,
• User Research & feedback: Lead design discovery, research, prototyping, and iteration to define a compelling AI-driven user experiences
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with AI/ML, Data, Tech, Product and Commercial teams to shape product direction and strategy and ensure it meets business needs and support communication of strategic decisions
• Strategic Impact: Help establish design best practices for our AI & Data products and take ownership of AI & Data product design in the function
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on digital product design experience, preferably in a consumer facing company
• Proven knowledge of UX research methods, information architecture and user-centered interaction design
• Strong visual design background with experience in creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces
• Previous experience working on AI-driven or data-rich products
• Ability to identify and solve design problems creatively, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to drive impactful outcomes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work with and explain design ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and techniques
