What You Will Do
As a Frontend Developer, you'll work closely with our operations, compliance, and engineering teams to build and improve internal systems that handle everything from AML processes to accounting workflows.
You will:

What You Will Do
As a Frontend Developer, you'll work closely with our operations, compliance, and engineering teams to build and improve internal systems that handle everything from AML processes to accounting workflows.
You will:
- Develop and maintain back-office applications using React and React Admin
- Build intuitive UIs for complex financial and compliance workflows
- Work with GraphQL APIs to integrate with our Java-based microservices
- Focus on automation initiatives to reduce manual work across departments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and improve operational processes
- Consolidate multiple legacy systems into modern, unified platforms, while ensuring our tools meet strict compliance and audit requirements
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- 3+ years of frontend development experience with React
- Experience with component libraries (React Admin experience is a plus)
- Experience with GraphQL and working in distributed/microservices architectures
- Understanding of state management patterns and modern build tools
- Experience building data-heavy applications with complex forms and workflows
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable code
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: Experience with back-office, admin panels, or internal tooling
