About Us


Corepetitus is the largest tutoring platform in the Baltics. We are growing fast and looking for a seasoned CRO expert with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in conversion rates and user experience.


If you’re passionate about identifying drop-off points in funnels, applying UX/UI and behavioural psychology principles, and making data-driven decisions that boost ROAS and growth – this role is for you.



What You’ll Do


CRO & Conversion Optimization (≈60%)

• Identify drop-off points in the funnel and design strategies to eliminate them

• Plan, design, and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys

• Own the website CRO roadmap: propose and implement UX/UI improvements in collaboration with design and development teams

• Leverage insights from GA4, GTM, and behavioral data to generate and prioritize testing ideas

• Work closely with UX design, product, website development, and marketing teams to deliver measurable increases in conversion rates

• Apply a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, behavioral psychology, and conversion funnel dynamics to every optimization initiative


Marketing & Content Responsibilities (≤40%)

• Plan, create, and coordinate content for social media and the company website, including content calendars and updates

• Manage daily communication with agencies and creative partners, providing briefs, feedback, and performance evaluations

• Ensure brand consistency across visuals and messaging while suggesting improvements to page structure and communication flow



What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven CRO experience with clear, measurable impact on conversion rates, revenue, or ROAS

• Deep expertise in identifying and fixing funnel drop-offs through data-driven experiments

• Strong knowledge of UX/UI, behavioral psychology, and conversion funnels

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and CRO/A/B testing tools

• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable improvements

• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a passion for performance metrics

• Previous experience in growth or content marketing at a startup is a strong advantage
