We are seeking an experienced and driven SAP Logistics Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will combine business and people management expertise to lead high-performing teams and oversee SAP Logistics operations globally. You will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, maintaining technical excellence, and ensuring project success while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of SAP experts, providing guidance and oversight for all SAP Logistics operations
  • Build, develop, and mentor high-performing SAP Logistics teams across multiple global locations
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, staffing, utilization, performance management, promotions, and compensation
  • Drive global strategic initiatives to support the growth and advancement of the SAP Logistics discipline
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects
  • Manage direct customer relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, team performance, and adherence to project timelines and schedules
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge in SAP Logistics, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Engineering roles
  • At least 3 years of experience in leadership or management roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more employees
  • Participation in at least 5 full-cycle SAP projects or experience in launching a product or key product capability to the market
  • Strong expertise in SAP Logistics (SCM), including functional knowledge and implementation experience
  • Advanced communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
