Seven Seas Europe is a dynamic FinTech company focused on expanding its presence across the European market. As we grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Project Manager – IT Business Analyst to help us successfully deliver technology initiatives and ensure they align with business objectives as this role bridges business and technology – you will manage projects end-to-end, gather and refine requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, support ICT governance and regulatory alignment.
Position description:
We are looking for a proactive IT Project Manager – IT Business Analyst to lead the strategic development and execution of our technology initiatives. This role is critical in aligning IT strategy with business objectives, overseeing daily IT operations and driving innovation across the organization. The ideal candidate will also contribute to ICT governance and ensure our technology initiatives comply with European regulatory frameworks, with a strong focus on operational resilience.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
· Plan, coordinate and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and within budget.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements for process and system enhancements.
· Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for developers and vendors.
· Act as a bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
· Support ICT risk management, governance procedures and regulatory compliance (including DORA and other EU-level frameworks).
· Participate in ICT risk assessments, audits and interactions with supervisory authorities as needed.
· Maintain oversight of third-party vendors and ICT outsourcing arrangements.
We count on your:
· Ability to work independently, think critically and deliver effective solutions.
To be successful in this position, we expect you to:
· Have 3+ years of experience in IT field, ideally within banking, financial services or other highly regulated sector(s).
· Demonstrate experience in gathering requirements, managing stakeholders and coordinating IT initiatives.
· Have knowledge of payment products, API-based architectures and integration frameworks.
· Be able to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
· Have experience with vendor and outsourcing oversight in ICT.
· Show strong self-motivation, ownership and accountability.
· Be fluent in Lithuanian and English.
