You will be part of a collaborative group of professionals delivering high-quality data analysis and insights that drive our business objectives. Our team values ownership, growth, and fun, and we are ready to share our knowledge and best practices to help you expand your skills and experience.
You will be assigned to different remediation projects key data contributor, collaborating closely with a Project manager and Project consultant. Your daily tasks will consist of data extraction, data analysis, controlling and developing calculation model as well as documenting the progress of the project and contributing to smooth delivery during all project’s phases – from project initiation to closure.

The team is currently located across Denmark and Lithuania with colleagues willing to take ownership, grow at Danske Bank and have fun.
The workplace can be either located in Lithuania or Poland. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

Expect to travel to Denmark to visit the team once or twice a year.

You will:
- Conduct thorough data analysis to support various Remediation projects
- Collaborate with project managers to develop data-driven solutions and compensation calculations
- Document processes and enhance procedures to ensure best practices
- Participate in meetings and establish relationships with team members and stakeholders for project delivery
- Contribute to team initiatives and events that enhance team well-being and collaboration
- Will be working with Alteryx (extraction, transformation, and loading) and building queries in MS SQL
- 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business analysis role, financial sector would be beneficial
- Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, with experience in SQL and data visualisation tools
- Experience with Hadoop and Python would be beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Solution oriented when issues or questions arises
- Advanced English language skills
We offer:
This position can be located both in Lithuania and Poland.
If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 3600 to 5400 EUR monthly (based on your skills relevant for the job).
