Munro Tailoring is the Amsterdam-based clothing company reimagining the industry, one garment at a time. Here, we bring fashion, craftsmanship, and technology together to offer elevated made-to-order menswear. Every piece is ethically produced and expertly tailored to every customer and their personal style. We partner with some of the most iconic mills and ateliers to supply over 500 high-end stores in over 35 countries across the globe with our private label, as well as retailing our very own brand, Atelier Munro.

About The Job
You’ll become part of an entrepreneurial and international team, helping us to grow and transform online (various platforms) by combining our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver engaging digital experiences. You will:
- Help build the optimal digital experience for our customer;
- Brainstorm and ideate on the new features and work closely with the Digital Product team;
- Helping set up and conduct usability testing and research;
- Translate test and research results into actionable insights;
- Build and refine clickable prototypes to bring your ideas to life;
- Create and develop creative digital concepts that engage users;
- Propose recommendations for digital tools to improve client engagement;
- Work on the wireframes and design the visuals that sync with the product design language;
- Present your designs and concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Ideally you will be:
- Enrolled in a related study at bachelor or master level (preferably in design field);
- Detail-oriented individual who can put themselves in a customer’s shoes;
- An excellent communicator and team player;
- Show a passion for understanding and empathizing with users to create outstanding user experiences;
- Proactive – able to work independently and take responsibility;
- Are passionate about UX design;
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written);
- Available for at least 5 months starting September 2025;
- Have experience in working with leading design tools such as Figma.
