We are looking for a Project Program Manager for a project based in Lisbon.
Mission: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Program Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for co-create and operationalize Digital Enablement programs. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our programs and the effective measurement of their impact.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, time, cost and quality;
- Prepare and ensure compliance with project plans (execution, communication, risks and mitigation);
- Ensure financial execution is in line with execution;
- Manage the relationship and assertive communication with all stakeholders;
- Elaborate project reporting, management information and promote decision making.
- Operationalize Talks and Workshops: Collaborate with the program team to plan, coordinate, and execute talks and workshops, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently. This includes scheduling, venue selection, equipment setup, participant registration, and managing event materials;
- Co-create Enablement Programs: Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop and co-create comprehensive enablement programs. This involves conducting needs assessments, defining learning objectives, designing curriculum and content, and selecting appropriate delivery methods;
- Co-define Success Metrics: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear and measurable success metrics for the enablement programs. This may involve developing key performance indicators (KPIs), defining milestones, and establishing benchmarks to evaluate program effectiveness;
- Measure and Report: Implement data collection methods and tools to measure the impact and outcomes of the enablement programs. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insightful reports and dashboards that provide program;
- Performance insights. Present findings to relevant stakeholders and make recommendations for program improvements;
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine program processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Seek feedback from participants, facilitators, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes;
- Others: collaborate on the execution/implementation of other tasks that the CC is responsible for.
Requirements:
- Up to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager of medium size and complexity in scope, timings and/or budget;
- Degree preferably in Computer Science, Software, Electrical and Computer Engineering;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment;
- Ability to analyze critically and focus on solving blocking points;
- Proven experience in program operations, project management, or a related role. Experienced in Enablement, Change Management, Continuous Improvement (is a plus);
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner;
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other reporting platforms;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also being self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results;
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Knowledge of learning and development principles and practices (is a plus).
