Our client, one of the largest Banks in Switzerland is looking for an expert in order to support them in the area of form creation and editorial design.

As a Form Publisher, you are going to provide expertise in the domain of layout design, form creation and process coordination.

Setting: As part of the team, you will be oriented on providing the best possible solutions in the area of form publishing and stakeholder collaboration.

Focus:

• Creation of client forms (layouts) according to company guidelines using Adobe InDesign
• Coordination of the form creation process in close collaboration with stakeholders such as Legal, IT, and external partners (e.g. for translations)
• Supporting projects and initiatives in the publishing and CDS department

Background: In order to be successful in this role, prior experience in editorial design, typography, and publishing tools (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, MS Word) is required.

Duration: This is initially a 12-month contract (20.10.2025 – 20.10.2026), with the possibility of extension.

Language: Fluent German and English is mandatory
