Position Snapshot:


We’re looking for a proactive People Operations Specialist to join our team and deliver top-notch support across our EMEA CTC locations, with a strong focus on the UK and Ireland. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for smooth, efficient, and employee-focused People processes - ensuring our people feel supported at every stage of their journey.

Work setup:
The role is hybrid. Candidates must have valid work rights and be able to work from one of our office locations:
Chisinau, Sofia, Cluj, Bucharest, Iasi, Gdansk or Krakow.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep the wheels turning – Manage daily People operations:
    contracts, onboarding, job changes, absences, and offboarding.
  • Be the benefits guide – Administer compensation & benefits programs and provide clear answers to employee questions.
  • Work your Oracle magic – Maintain accurate data, approve changes, generate insights, and drive system improvements.
  • Handle the details that matter – Keep personnel records accurate and all employee lifecycle administration on point.
  • Payroll expert – Process employee changes and prepare monthly payroll reports.
  • Prioritize safety – Manage workplace health and safety documentation.
  • Support mobility – Help with international assignments and relocation paperwork.
  • Stay compliant – Ensure all employment practices align with contracts, company policy, and local laws.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Education:
    University degree.
  • Experience:
    • At least 3 years in People/HR operations, ideally with remote work experience.
    • Strong Payroll processing experience.
    • Proven international exposure, working across different countries, cultures, or regions.
  • Knowledge:
    Strong grasp of employment law and HR policies; payroll and benefits know-how.
  • Tech skills:
    Confident with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Oracle experience is a plus (training available).
