What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer R&D (HW Test) who will join our team at Central R&D Directorate.


  • Conducting circuit-level validation and approval tests for electronic control boards
  • Reviewing and analyzing schematics and PCB layouts in collaboration with design teams
  • Running SPICE-based circuit simulations to support pre-verification and test planning
  • Hands-on experience in analog and digital circuit analysis and circuit simulation
  • Proficiency in using Altium Designer, PCAD, Proteus, or similar schematic/layout software
  • Solid knowledge of electronic components, their functions, limitations, and application in real-life circuits
  • Experience with oscilloscope, function generator, power supply, multimeter, and other lab equipment
  • Familiarity with I2C/SPI communication protocols and microcontroller circuits
  • Performing electrical performance tests, stress tests, and reliability validation
  • Creating and executing test plans and procedures based on project timelines
  • Developing or supporting automated test setups, including scripting and hardware integration
  • Applying data analysis techniques and exploring the use of AI/ML for test result interpretation and fault prediction
  • Documenting test results, preparing detailed reports, and sharing key findings across departments
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of laboratory processes and test methodologies
  • Preparing technical reports, presentations, and contributing to internal R&D documentation
  • Supporting the generation of technical publications, white papers, or patent disclosures based on test findings and innovations
  • Sharing findings and intellectual outputs with relevant stakeholders across departments


The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How we describe the perfect match?


  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or related fields
  • Experience in analog/digital/control circuit design and analysis
  • Proficient in circuit simulation tools such as SPICE, LTspice, or equivalents
  • Skilled in using Altium Designer, PCAD, Proteus, or similar EDA tools
  • Hands-on experience with lab instruments: oscilloscope, power supply, multimeter, function generator, etc.
  • Familiarity with I2C/SPI communication protocols and basic C/C++ programming
  • Experience in circuit-level reliability analysis and failure investigation
  • Interest in data analysis, test automation, and AI applications in hardware testing is a strong asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
