What we expect?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM, or other data-driven roles
  • Proven expertise in KPI tracking for mobile apps or digital products and strong understanding of user behavior metrics (DAU/MAU, retention, churn, engagement)
  • Demonstrated ability to extract strategic insights and narratives from complex data
  • Solid understanding of business intelligence, data management systems, and predictive modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication skills to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to clearly present quantitative findings to non-technical audiences
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and trends


What Does the Group BiP Marketplace Product Manager Role Do at Turkcell?

  • Define, manage, and evolve the KPI reporting framework for our instant messaging platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering) to deliver accurate, actionable analytics
  • Own and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for user engagement and system performance
  • Monitor trends and proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement
  • Partner with data engineering teams to ensure reliable tracking and high-quality data standards
  • Analyze data to generate insights that inform KPI improvements, growth strategies, and feature prioritization
  • Deliver post-campaign analysis and customer insights to guide future initiatives
  • Identify and analyze customer personas to support targeted and segmented marketing campaigns
  • Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to support performance marketing activities
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including agencies, solution providers, and business collaborators
