We are now looking for a dedicated Product Developer to support our design team in Norway and help elevate our brand and growth. You are an enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and hardworking professional with a “can-do” attitude and a strong desire to deliver high-quality products.

You will have the unique opportunity to help build our production team and potentially grow into a Product Manager role as the company expands. 

About the role:

As a Product Developer at Urban Pioneers, you will work closely with our designers and buying team to turn creative ideas into finished products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily communication with suppliers to ensure specifications are followed
• Developing measurement charts, tech packs, and conducting fittings and quality checks
• Suggesting fabrics and trims to optimize product quality and market appeal
• Ensuring all products comply with required standards and certifications
• Working independently and collaboratively to bring technical expertise to the team
• Maintain and update our systems with the correct product information. Make product plans in Excel and create products in our logistic system (SPY).
• The position is based in Søgne, Norway.

We are looking for someonewith these qualitifications:

• Several years of relevant experience in fashion or industrial design
• Technical skills in creating drawings, tech packs, and measurement charts (Adobe Illustrator, Indesign & Excel)
• Experience working with suppliers to deliver high-quality products
• Knowledge of pattern-making. Sewing skills is an advantage
• Understanding of fabrics and yarns to choose optimal materials
• Strong communication skills in oral and written English; Norwegian is a plus
