Job Overview
We are looking for a technically skilled professional to design and refine realistic multi-turn AI conversations. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, fluency in Norwegian and English, and the ability to model intelligent assistant behavior with APIs, JSON, and LLM frameworks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design multi-turn conversations simulating real-world interactions with apps such as calendar, email, maps, and drive.
- Emulate both the user and the assistant, including tool calls when corrections are needed.
- Ensure logical flow and proper usage of tools and function calls.
- Craft dialogues that demonstrate natural, context-aware, and intelligent assistant behavior.
- Generate examples that showcase the assistant’s ability to complete feasible tasks, recognize infeasible requests, and maintain engaging general chat.
- Adhere to defined formatting, style, and quality guidelines outlined in the internal playbook.
- Continuously refine conversation examples based on reviewer feedback to improve clarity, realism, and training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain consistency and deliver high-quality outputs.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years in a technical/analytical role.
- Strong understanding of APIs & JSON.
- Experience with LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks.
- Fluency in Norwegian (writing & speaking) and strong English communication skills.
- Programming/tech exposure (any stack).
- Strong logical reasoning, task breakdown, creativity, and attention to detail.
