Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflows.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and corporate events.

- Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate HR-related activities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, and KPIs.
- Update leadership on critical issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Support strategic planning initiatives and monitor progress against business objectives.
- Provide clear summaries of departmental activities and key achievements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role (fintech or mobility experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, solution-driven, and collaborative team player.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
