Development Team Lead

Development Team Lead | AI Startup | Remote

Pearson Carter are currently working with a start up who have secured Series A funding and are about to embark on projects where they want strong Developers inhouse. They need Development Team Lead to help spearhead the direction of the company and these projects!

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement features using ReactJS and Node.js/TypeScript
• Develop microservices within a hexagonal architecture, integrating with AI APIs and data pipelines
• Support AI pipelines for qualitative and quantitative research automation.
• Review pull requests and uphold coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance on implementation details and architecture patterns.
• Pair-program and mentor developers informally to raise code quality and velocity.

Experience:

• MERN stack – MongoDB, Express, React, Node
• AI skills – AI integration, OpenAI, Azure AI, Vertex AI
• AWS
• Docker and Kubernetes

Salary

They offer an excellent salary dependent on experience. Roughly up to £110k but open to negotiations.

Location

This client is offering the role as fully remote and has a remote first policy.
