As we continue to grow and set standards in the construction industry, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, possessing the ability to oversee multiple projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from concept to completion while ensuring high-quality standards
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure all project objectives are met
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and client expectations are exceeded
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders using our Client Control™ system
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead project team meetings to drive accountability and foster a collaborative environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field would be an asset
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
