Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from concept to completion while ensuring high-quality standards
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure all project objectives are met
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and client expectations are exceeded
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders using our Client Control™ system
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project team meetings to drive accountability and foster a collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field would be an asset
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
