About The Job
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and working on initiatives/projects that directly impact people. You will implement initiatives and activities to improve employee engagement and strengthen culture across the university.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate smoothly with internal stakeholders and external service providers. Beyond being a strong communicator, we are looking for someone who can juggle time sensitive projects and manage competing timelines.
What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Senior Executive (Employee Experience & Culture) to
- Design creative graphics using applications such as Canva to accompany written communications (for e.g. event publicity, internal communication articles and materials).
- Coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives and activities for e.g. orientation programme, employee wellness activities/events, corporate volunteering activities, townhall etc.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of the logistics and roll-out of activities, events and programmes to ensure that they are professionally managed.
- Minimally Diploma in Business/Business Administration/Communications/Marketing.
- Self-directed individual with strong communication, writing and design skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with employees and stakeholders.
- Experience with design applications such as Canva is preferred.
