About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic senior project manager to lead client partnerships and drive successful delivery of wellbeing initiatives across the APJ region. This role offers the opportunity to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, integrating wellbeing into business strategy while fostering thriving communities of wellbeing ambassadors. If you are passionate about creating impact at scale, balancing strategic vision with hands-on delivery, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building trusted relationships with executives and stakeholders, and tailoring global wellbeing strategies to meet their regional priorities and cultural nuances.
• Leading the end-to-end management of wellbeing initiatives, you will align them with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Growing and managing a wellbeing ambassador program, and strengthening employee engagement as well as workplace culture.
• You will identify opportunities to expand client engagements and contribute to regional strategic growth.
• Use data-driven insights to refine programmes, enhance impact, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Source and manage regional experts, ensuring programmes are relevant, high-quality, and locally aligned.

Qualifications:

• You will have demonstrated track record in managing diverse stakeholders across APJ, ideally with a strong background in corporate wellbeing, employee experience, or organisational development.
• Project management expertise with a record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives is crucial to the success of this role
• You should have a good level of cultural intelligence and the ability to adapt strategies for local contexts.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Technological proficiency with strong hands-on experiences in digital platforms and AI tools is a plus.
