Scrum Master – Compliance & Reporting Systems (6+ Month Contract, Onsite in St. Louis)

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile delivery for a high-impact compliance and reporting initiative. This project will strengthen organizational compliance tracking and reporting while integrating with enterprise-level systems. You’ll work alongside internal stakeholders and external experts in a fully collocated, collaborative environment downtown St. Louis (parking provided).

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, fostering continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments to keep delivery on track.
• Support the transition between Agile and traditional delivery approaches when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of Scrum Master experience in enterprise projects.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of building team alignment and driving Agile delivery success.
• Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience with hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments a plus.

Role Details

• Contract length: 6 months+ (with potential extension)
• Location: Downtown St. Louis, onsite M–F, 8:00–4:30 (parking provided)
• Compensation: W2 (with health benefits)
