Head of Capital Markets

Position Overview:

The Head of Capital Markets will be responsible for leading Plural Energy's capital-raising initiatives for renewable energy issuers. This role involves developing and executing investor outreach strategies, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding distribution channels through Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), family offices, tax advisors, broker-dealers, and wealth managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and secure capital from a diverse investor base.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with institutional investors, RIAs, family offices, broker-dealers, and wealth managers to drive capital for renewable energy issuers.
• Leverage existing networks to expand Plural Energy's market presence.
• Oversee investor relations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align capital market strategies with the company’s goals.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or asset management.
• Strong network within institutional investment communities and financial advisors.
• Experience building and managing a capital markets team.
• Experience in investor relations and securities regulations.
• Proven leadership skills and strategic vision in driving growth.
• Holds Series 7 and 63.
• Experience in renewable energy finance is a plus.
• Interest or experience in blockchain technology is a plus.
