We are seeking an AI PMO & Enablement Lead to help drive execution, shape the roadmap, and communicate the impact of AI initiatives across the company.

This hybrid role spans program management, stakeholder communication, and strategic enablement. You will help coordinate AI-driven initiatives, design and validate AI use cases in collaboration with business units, and articulate how these solutions improve efficiency and KPIs across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Changing Company Culture to Experiment with AI & enabling responsible innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term business impact.
  • Lead day-to-day operations and project execution for the AI team across multiple business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, Finance, Legal, Security & IT.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and design AI use cases that align with business goals and drive measurable value
  • Help define KPIs for AI initiatives and track efficiency improvements over time
  • Coordinate timelines, priorities, and sprint cycles across technical and non-technical contributors
  • Create project plans, dashboards, documentation, and status reports that maintain alignment across all levels of the organization
  • Serve as a communication lead for the AI team, shaping internal narratives, writing executive updates, and preparing materials that demonstrate progress and outcomes
  • Support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and adoption efforts to ensure smooth integration of AI solutions into business processes
  • Own the enablement of AI in the company in customised trainings, enablement sessions, and equip employees with the skills and tools to effectively use and leverage AI

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, tech innovation, or cross-functional environments
  • Proven ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder programs with competing priorities and tight timelines
  • Experience working on AI-related or data-driven projects, with a solid understanding of AI workflows and use case design
  • Strong background in change management, including rolling out new technologies or workflows across teams
  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences for a global company
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience using tools like Jira, Notion, or Asana
  • Ability to connect technical outputs to business goals, efficiency improvements, or KPIs

Nice-to-Have

  • AI development or technological skillset
  • Background in product operations, technical program management, or business analysis
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools, LLMs and integration concepts
  • Experience with internal enablement or corporate communications
  • Prior exposure to high-growth or startup environments

For employees hired to work from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City, and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $166,000 to $229,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
