Role Description

The Business Development Manager will drive XerpaAI’s growth in the AI and blockchain sectors by expanding markets, securing clients, building partnerships, and collaborating across teams. This role requires expertise in AI and blockchain, B2B sales experience, and fluency in English and Chinese.


Key Responsibilities

· Market Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in AI and blockchain industries.

· Client Acquisition: Execute B2B sales strategies to onboard high-value clients.

· Partnership Building: Establish relationships with tech firms, blockchain projects, and enterprises.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and technical teams to align client needs with solutions.


Requirements

· Deep knowledge of AI and blockchain industries.

· 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in technology or blockchain.

· Based in Tokyo, Japan; Silicon Valley, USA; or Singapore, with travel flexibility.
