You will:
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for both experts and clients, providing expert guidance on HR matters;
- Work closely with partners and colleagues across different locations;
- Regularly meet with managers to update them on People related initiatives, discuss issues, and gather feedback on team concerns;
- Analyse data trends and metrics to inform business decisions;
- Prepare reports to clients based on analytics & 1:1s with experts to mitigate risks;
- Manage the adaptation processes for new clients & employees;
- Conduct performance management and drive expert development programs;
- Multi-task on various projects and initiatives.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian language
- At least 3 years experience in an HRBP role in a multicultural environment;
- Strong strategic mindset & analytical thinking;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders;
- Flexible & open-minded, feeling comfortable in a constantly changing environment;
