Product that needs your engagement

As a part of our Core Business Unit, you will be engaged in working with various product lines of our Company.

Core BU is a fundamental group of service departments that helps to manage smooth and seamless work of all other business units, departments and teams, being a glue that holds us together.

Your future team of professionals

The team consists of two Data Analysts, a Data Integration Specialist, and the Head of Analytics, all of them being experienced professionals who value collaboration, knowledge sharing, and new ideas.

Your future challenges

As a Web Analyst, you will analyze how users interact with the company’s Web and Product platforms to uncover opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible for managing GA/GTM, building dashboards and reports, running ad-hoc analyses, and delivering actionable insights that support business and product decisions.

Impact you will make

  • Set up and manage GA/GTM settings, events, and tags
  • Monitor, alert, and fix issues with web analytics and data tracking
  • Identify key dependencies, trends, and anomalies within datasets and provide actionable recommendations
  • Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and prepare data
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports
  • Automate and optimize recurring reporting processes
  • Design and track metrics and KPIs to monitor business performance
  • Prepare product analysis and materials to support operational activities

Skills we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in Web Analytics or a related Analytics field (preferably within IT/Tech companies)
  • Higher education in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics); additional certifications in Analytics, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus
  • Proven experience with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Google Analytics (GA/GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), BigQuery, as well as working with large datasets and product analytics
  • Experience with HTML, DataLayer, Google Ads and other marketing instruments, Brevo, Python or R, tech requirements, consent mode are a plus
  • Experience in analyzing business metrics (e.g., registrations, conversions, retention)
  • Practical knowledge of automating reporting and data workflows is an asset
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics metrics and reports is highly desirable
  • English – Intermediate level or above
  • Independence, self-organization, and adaptability
