We are looking for a VIP Account Manager to join our team.
Job Description
- Handle incoming requests from VIP clients via messengers, chats, and email (using translation tools if needed).
- Manage and set up personalized bonus offers based on templates.
- Analyze client activity and provide insights for VIP client management.
- Maintain and update VIP client database.
- Native Ukrainian speaker.
- Previous experience in customer support (VIP/High-value clients is a plus).
- Strong focus on results and ability to deliver under pressure.
- Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.
- Good written communication skills.
- Analytical skills and experience working with data.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
