Ywork.ai is a rapidly growing AI startup founded by an IIM-A alumni and an ex-DRDO scientist. Backed by leading VC firms from the UK and US, we’re building cutting-edge tools for the construction industry across both regions.

We hire exclusively through our internship program and believe in performance-based growth. This is a unique opportunity to join our core team at an early stage and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, brand-aligned content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Idea•te creative campaigns to reach and resonate with our audience.
• Craft clean, intuitive, and user-first interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Produce graphics, animations, and layouts that elevate our brand presence.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to bring ideas to life.
• Iterate designs quickly based on team feedback and performance data.
• Stay up to date with trends in social media, branding, and UI/UX.

What We're Looking For

• A strong portfolio showcasing both social media content and UI/UX projects
• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop and InDesign)
• An eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and colour
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus: Blender, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Sketch

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Salary & Contract

Training Period (15 Days):

You can choose one of the following during the training phase:

• Option 1: ₹15,000 stipend
• Option 2: Complimentary lodging and meals (no cash stipend)

Post-Training Internship (upto 6 Months):

• Full-time internship with a ₹25,000/month stipend
• Potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Location:

In-person at our Gandhinagar office, Gujarat, India

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6 days a week).

Additional Info:

• No contractual bond
• If you're still in college, you're free to participate in any campus placement
