We're seeking a hands-on UI/UX Designer with deep experience in enterprise SaaS applications to join our growing team. You'll work closely with our UI/UX Lead and cross-functional engineering team to redesign our platform, establish design systems, and create intuitive experiences for complex business workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on user interfaces for complex enterprise software features
- Build and maintain a comprehensive Design System in Figma
- Create user-centered designs for data-heavy interfaces, forms, and business workflows
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Backend/Frontend Developers, and Product teams
- Conduct user research and usability testing for B2B audiences
- Design permission systems, user roles, and access control interfaces
- Prototype and validate design solutions for complex business processes
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, specifically in enterprise/SaaS applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, design systems, and interactive prototyping
- Strong portfolio showcasing B2B software design (data grids, forms, dashboards, workflows)
- Experience designing for complex business processes and users permissions
- Understanding of enterprise software constraints and requirements
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
- Experience working with technical teams in agile environments
- Experience with AI/ML product interfaces
- Background in sales or CRM software design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- lFamiliarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics)
