The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles, as well as a creative mindset to develop innovative and user-friendly designs.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, and other digital platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make improvements to designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI-UX design
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in UI-UX design, preferably in a marketing or digital agency setting
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI-UX design projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
