Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects. The ideal candidate will have deep technical understanding, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive delivery within tight timelines and budgets.
Key Qualifications
- • 11+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 6+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- • Scrum Master certification is mandatory: CSM, PSM I/II, or PMI-ACP.
- • Strong understanding of infrastructure and dataset dependencies related to feature/application deployments.
- • Experience in managing integration testing requirements prior to deployment.
- • Proven ability to support Technical Program Managers in tracking and delivering software programs.
- • Ability to distinguish between building software and releasing software.
- • Demonstrated success in delivering large, cross-functional projects.
- • Self-motivated with the ability to maintain focus and help teams stay aligned despite organizational distractions.
- • Experience working closely with Product Owners to identify, prioritize, and deliver activities required to build and maintain the product backlog.
Responsibilities
- • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery.
- • Track progress and report on team performance and delivery metrics.
- • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity within the team.
- • Act as a servant leader and coach to the team, promoting Agile best practices.
